Mr. Hajek graduated from the Detroit College of Law School in 1993 and has experience in a wide
range of litigation and appellate cases in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Hajek received his B.A
from Central Michigan University in 1982, and worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in
technical, finance and international technology export positions.
Mr. Hajek concentrates his practice in real estate law, condominium, ERISA, construction disputes,
computer/internet law, environmental, consumer rights, commercial litigation and business law
serving as both plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel. He also represents individuals and small
business owners in order to obtain insurance benefits which have been wrongfully denied.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern
District of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hajek has two Sixth Circuit Court
of Appeals cases which have been reported: Webcor Packaging Corn. v. Autozone, Inc., 1998 FED
App. 0122P (6th Cir.) and Krohn v. Huron Memorial Hospital, 1999 FED App. 0122P (6th Cir.).
